My focus for this August will be to accomplish the goals I have set for myself. Setting my intentions on what I want to achieve this upcoming fall. I am job hunting, detoxing my mind and my body, and being intentional in all that I do. I recently purchased the book “Whole Beauty” by Shiva Rose. The book talks a lot about daily routines and how people tend to rush through their morning or nighttime routines, these routines can easily be turned into daily rituals that promote self-love and self-care. Throughout this month I would love to practice creating these daily rituals that strengthen my mind, body, and soul. I am starting out August with a fresh mindset and will continue to practice good and positive intentions in all that I do.
The first goal I have set for myself is a 10 day detox:
No sugar, dairy, grains, or alcohol.
